The Prophet ﷺ said it while passing his hand over the sick.
أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، بِيَدِكَ الشِّفَاءُ، لَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Adhhibil-bāsa rabba an-nās, bi-yadika ash-shifāʾ, lā kāshifa lahu illā anta
Remove the harm, Lord of mankind. In Your hand is the cure. None can lift it but You.
Said seven times, it is reported to be a cause of cure.
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
Asʾalullāha al-ʿaẓīma rabba al-ʿarshi al-ʿaẓīmi an yashfiyak
I ask Allah the Mighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to cure you.
Said seven times beside the one who is ill.
