Quran verses about good character
Allah praised His Messenger ﷺ as being "of outstanding character" (68:4). The Quran commands "justice, grace, and courtesy to close relatives" (16:90), to "speak kindly to people" (2:83) and to "respond to evil with what is best" (41:34). Character is worship shown to other people.
Good character is the heaviest thing on the scale, the Prophet ﷺ taught. These verses are its foundation.

You are truly of outstanding character
Good character
وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ
And you are truly ˹a man˺ of outstanding character
Allah's praise of the Prophet's ﷺ character.
Allah commands justice, grace and good treatment
Justice
۞ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ یَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنِ وَإِیتَاۤىِٕ ذِی ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَیَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَاۤءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡیِۚ یَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ
Indeed, Allah commands justice, grace, as well as courtesy to close relatives. He forbids indecency, wickedness, and aggression. He instructs you so perhaps you will be mindful

Speak kindly to people
Good character
وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَٰقَ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ لَا تَعْبُدُونَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَبِٱلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَذِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَٱلْيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِ وَقُولُوا۟ لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِّنكُمْ وَأَنتُم مُّعْرِضُونَ
And ˹remember˺ when We took a covenant from the children of Israel ˹stating˺, “Worship none but Allah; be kind to parents, relatives, orphans and the needy; speak kindly to people; establish prayer; and pay alms-tax.” But you ˹Israelites˺ turned away—except for a few of you—and were indifferent

Repel evil with what is best
Anger
وَلَا تَسۡتَوِی ٱلۡحَسَنَةُ وَلَا ٱلسَّیِّئَةُۚ ٱدۡفَعۡ بِٱلَّتِی هِیَ أَحۡسَنُ فَإِذَا ٱلَّذِی بَیۡنَكَ وَبَیۡنَهُۥ عَدَ ٰوَةࣱ كَأَنَّهُۥ وَلِیٌّ حَمِیمࣱ
And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend.
Respond to evil with what is best.

Hold to forgiveness, urge what is good, turn away from the ignorant
Anger
خُذِ ٱلۡعَفۡوَ وَأۡمُرۡ بِٱلۡعُرۡفِ وَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ ٱلۡجَـٰهِلِینَ
Be gracious, enjoin what is right, and turn away from those who act ignorantly

Tell My servants to say what is best
Anger
وَقُل لِّعِبَادِى يَقُولُوا۟ ٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ يَنزَغُ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ كَانَ لِلْإِنسَٰنِ عَدُوًّا مُّبِينًا
Tell My ˹believing˺ servants to say only what is best. Satan certainly seeks to sow discord among them. Satan is indeed a sworn enemy to humankind

Whoever restrains their anger, Allah loves the good-doers
Anger
ٱلَّذِینَ یُنفِقُونَ فِی ٱلسَّرَّاۤءِ وَٱلضَّرَّاۤءِ وَٱلۡكَـٰظِمِینَ ٱلۡغَیۡظَ وَٱلۡعَافِینَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِۗ وَٱللَّهُ یُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ
˹They are˺ those who donate in prosperity and adversity, control their anger, and pardon others. And Allah loves the good-doers
Control anger and pardon people.
