  1. Whoever restrains their anger, Allah loves the good-doers

    Anger

˹They are˺ those who donate in prosperity and adversity, control their anger, and pardon others. And Allah loves the good-doers

  2. Repel evil with what is best

    Anger

And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend.

The next time you feel anger rising today, pause before you respond.
